The Rutherford County Chess Club (R.C.C.C.) is organized as a nonprofit, member benefit corporation, formed in the State of Tennessee in January 2005 (number 0485280). Currently, the corporation is not a tax-exempt organization, and has no immediate plans to seek tax-exempt status.
